- Home Health Care services provided through a coordinated team which consists of skilled nurses, home health aides, medical social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nutritional consultants, podiatry care, and home visiting physicians.
- A system of referral, follow-up, and evaluative approach in providing therapeutic, rehabilitative, and supportive home health care services.
- Home Health Care training that instills a commitment to caregivers in assuming personal responsibility for each of their clients’ health and personal needs.
- Continuous examination of the care which patients receive from our agency.
- Educational opportunities for employees through ongoing in-service programs, short-term training, and involvement with professional organizations.
- Collaboration of home health agencies in order to meet communities’ health needs through joint meetings and community awareness programs.
